Position Overview

We are seeking a Vice President of Finance to oversee the financial operations at Sonu Hair Cut Ltd. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health and strategic direction of our organization.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior financial role or equivalent experience
Work Environment

This position is based in a retail and distribution setting, where you will manage financial activities across various departments.

Financial Oversight

The Vice President will have budgetary responsibilities ranging from $1,500,001 to $4,000,000 and $500,001 to $1,500,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the formation of major departments and appoint senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate activities across regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Set organizational objectives and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, approve promotional strategies, and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
Team Leadership

You will supervise a team of 11-15 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel is essential for this role.

Work Conditions

This position involves managing a large workload and requires strong organizational skills.
