Position Overview

The Vice President of Sales will play a pivotal role in steering the sales strategy and driving revenue growth for BOTTLES'CO BOTTLE & PACKAGING. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a robust background in sales management and strategic planning.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute resources effectively, including materials, personnel, and finances, to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and oversee the formation of key departments and senior management roles.
  • Coordinate operations across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Act as the organization's representative in negotiations and official engagements, or appoint delegates as necessary.
  • Select and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions and delegating appropriate authority.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, develop and approve marketing strategies, and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a team of 5-10 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
