Job Summary

BOTTLES'CO BOTTLE & PACKAGING seeks a highly skilled and experienced Executive Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating regional work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, including experience in team management and strategic planning
