At Jewel of India Restaurant Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and be able to lead our kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
* Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding results.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

* 2 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* Reliability and a strong work ethic.
