About the Position

The HVAC Sales Representative is a key member of our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions, partnering with a leading manufacturer and distributor in the HVAC space in North America. This role is based out of our Victoria branch and offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and secure new business opportunities, staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with the Estimating team to provide feedback on bids and pricing, including workload forecasting and project management.
  • Provide design assistance to engineers on product selection and layout, ensuring optimal solutions for customers.
  • Review and optimize purchase orders and bid documents to maximize profitability, working closely with the IFC team.
  • Create and manage project files, including PBY files for the support team and submittals in the absence of the Project Manager or support team.
  • Process orders from customer lists, manage change orders and site instructions, and resolve discrepancies with customers.
  • Track orders and deliveries, providing timely updates to customers and arranging delivery as needed.
  • Close out projects once complete, ensuring full invoicing and maintenance documentation is submitted.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest product developments and software tools, attending manufacturer's factory and training visits as needed.
  • Represent the company at site meetings and assist with customer events, such as open houses and product launches.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and resourceful, with a strong work ethic and personal integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to work under pressure, unsupervised, and as part of a team.
