About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodations Manager to join our team at Howard Johnson by Wyndham. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of our daily activities.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality facilities management.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for materials and supplies.
  • Client Relations: Negotiate with clients to ensure the optimal use of our facilities.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the financial sustainability of our operations.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our facilities and services.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support the integration of newcomers and refugees.
  • Youth Employment: Participate in initiatives that support youth employment and development.
  • Veterans: Participate in programs that support the employment and well-being of veterans.
  • Indigenous People: Participate in initiatives that support the employment and well-being of Indigenous people.
  • Visible Minorities: Participate in programs that support the employment and well-being of members of visible minorities.
