About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to join our team at Canadian Down & Feather Company Inc. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our customer service standards are always evolving.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field an asset.
