Unit Overview

The Regional Rehabilitation Centre at Hamilton General Hospital is a 80-bed facility that provides specialized care for patients with acquired brain injury, spinal cord, amputee, and stroke rehabilitation needs.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team in the special care areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients in these areas, as well as performing other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, day shifts

Qualifications

1. Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
2. Current registration with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario
3. Successful completion of the Canadian Board of Respiratory Care (CBRC) exam
4. Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills

Additional Requirements

As a condition of employment, you are required to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to Employee Health Services.
