About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Canadian Business Immigration Services Ltd. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Task Management: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize electronic mail, MS Office, and MS Outlook to perform administrative tasks.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, and team player qualities.
  • Experience: Have 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Benefits: Enjoy a health care plan, permanent employment, and 30 hours of work per week.
