Position Available: People Operations Leader

Baker Tilly WM LLP is currently in search of a seasoned, driven, and proactive individual to become part of our team as a People Operations Leader. This role is crucial to our organization, offering expertise and guidance on employee relations, engagement, performance, and various HR-related initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Offer leadership and operational guidance in employee relations, engagement, performance management, total rewards and benefits, policy implementation, workforce planning, and change management.
  2. Implement HR initiatives such as annual performance reviews, compensation strategies, onboarding processes, global mobility, and HRIS management.
  3. Foster and maintain productive relationships with staff, peers, and partners.
  4. Stay informed on leading talent trends and deliver practical, innovative solutions that align with the firm's objectives and empower our workforce.
  5. Collaborate with the HR team and other support functions to enhance processes and provide a seamless employee experience.
  6. Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies and procedures to meet the firm's goals.
  7. Mentor and develop junior members of the HR team.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible HR experience in a professional services firm or corporate environment.
  2. A proven track record in change management and process enhancement.
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and functions.
  4. Professionalism in task execution.
  5. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams.
  6. A passion for innovative problem-solving and client-focused solutions.
  7. A commitment to continuous learning and tackling challenges.
  8. Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships and deliver outstanding client service.
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
