Your extensive expertise across various HR domains and a proven history of fostering positive organizational impact in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation frameworks, benefits administration, change management, and workplace safety will be essential.

Provide strategic leadership and guidance in the formulation and execution of HR policies and procedures that encompass all facets of the employee lifecycle.

You will design processes for talent acquisition, onboarding, talent management and retention, learning and development, performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and other relevant areas.

  • Lead and oversee the global People Operations team, offering direction and support to team members.
  • Collaborate across departments with business leaders to create and implement strategic initiatives and programs that align with the company's mission and values, addressing all people-related matters.
  • Develop and manage employee engagement programs to cultivate a positive and motivated workforce.
  • Conduct regular assessments of HR processes and systems to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement necessary changes.
  • Utilize HR technology and systems to streamline processes and improve data-driven decision-making.
  • Communicate and report on HR metrics and analytics to senior leadership, identifying trends and proposing improvements.
  • Oversee the HR budget, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

Qualifications:

8+ years of progressive HR experience with specific expertise in talent acquisition, talent management, and retention, ideally within a high-growth and fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior HR leadership position, preferably as a Director of People Operations or a comparable role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CPHR designation preferred.
  • Proven ability to devise and execute strategic HR initiatives with comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and technology.
