Registered Practical Nurse, Trauma Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at CB Canada. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients with traumatic stress injuries, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct clinical assessments and document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current registration as an RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario, in good standing.
- Up to 6 months of experience in general nursing practice preferred.
- Experience working with patients with substance use disorders an asset.
- Current CPR certification.
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act (MHA) and documentation standards (CNO).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills and experience working with electronic health records.
