Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage budgets and expenditures
  • Oversee contract management
  • Initiate enforcement actions to ensure compliance
  • Analyze employee data and information
  • Formulate and implement communication strategies
  • Design and execute health and safety plans
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Prepare comprehensive reports
  • Advise senior management on safety matters
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with management, union representatives, and HR consultants
  • Facilitate staff consultations and grievance procedures
  • Oversee payroll processes
  • Recruit and onboard new staff
  • Conduct performance evaluations
  • Assess work environments and procedures to mitigate risks
  • Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily operations
