Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Safety and Compliance Supervisor who is enthusiastic about fostering a robust safety culture within our organization.

Key Responsibilities: You will possess a solid foundation in Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) principles and education. Your ability to convey this knowledge effectively to operational personnel will be crucial in influencing their engagement and decision-making, promoting a values-driven approach to safety.

This role will report directly to the VP of Operations, and you will play a vital role in ensuring safe practices within our transportation and logistics services, particularly in the trucking sector.

Qualifications:

  • A diploma in OH&S or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to a career in safety management.
  • Experience in assisting organizations with compliance standards such as COR, Avetta, ISN, and AMTA.
  • A proven history of motivating a workforce to cultivate a positive safety environment.
