Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on commercial insurance solutions, including property, casualty, and automobile insurance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new business and retain existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Process and manage commercial insurance paperwork, including quotes, applications, and endorsements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and meet client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new products to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial insurance experience, including property, casualty, and automobile insurance.
  • Valid insurance license for New Brunswick or willingness to obtain same.
  • Bilingualism in English and French an asset.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
