Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Banque Nationale. As a key member of our Commercial Banking group, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in your market, increase your commercial client base, and establish business development strategies
- Meet your client's business objectives by proposing financial strategies based on an optimal arrangement of products and services offered by the Bank
- Ensure that you meet the evolving needs of your clients by adapting and optimizing financial products and your advisory approach
- Negotiate the terms of agreements with clients, ensuring that they meet risk management standards and desired profitability criteria
- Develop business development plans
- Support the Regional Vice-President, Commercial Banking, in achieving objectives
- Work closely with the Director of Financial Solutions
- Actively participate in various networking activities (5-7, conferences, etc.)
- Identify inherent risks in sector activities
You will be part of a team of professionals supporting commercial and agricultural clients within the Enterprises and Private Management 1859 sector. You will also be surrounded by a comprehensive ecosystem of experts to help you offer the best possible solutions to your clients.
Reporting to the Regional Vice-President, the position is based in the Northwest of New Brunswick. Our action-based learning programs allow you to master your profession. Access to colleagues with diverse expertise, experience, and profiles will enrich your development from all angles.
Requirements- With your academic background, a minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in business development and sales in the financial sector:
- Certificate and 8 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience
- Master's degree and 4 years of experience
- Experience in sales and business development
- Experience in financial statement analysis
- Experience in commercial credit
English
