The position holder will be responsible for understanding the company's sales objectives and strategies for the assigned territory and clients.
  • Develop the client base within the assigned territory to ensure the achievement and surpassing of sales goals.
  • Build strong relationships through phone calls, visits, or presentations with potential clients, and take charge of account management to meet their needs, while promoting a business approach focused on profitability.
  • Prepare and present quotes.
  • Strategically plan, manage, and organize the territory and travel.
  • Prospect and visit current and potential clients within the territory to establish contacts and promote the company's products. Be proactive in identifying opportunities.
  • Know all the products offered by the company and ensure to keep product knowledge up to date.
  • Analyze business opportunities with targeted clients.
  • Identify potential clients within the territory based on targeted markets.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through follow-ups. Respond to their inquiries and provide efficient, timely solutions when necessary.
  • Participate in sales meetings.
  • Participate in relevant company events and conferences.


Requirements
  • Relevant academic background
  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience in the automotive, insurance, or related fields
  • Experience in business development
  • Strong communicator with skills to develop new accounts
  • Proven ability to increase the profitability of your accounts
  • Proficiency in French and advanced English
  • Flexible, able to adapt and grow with the company and the market
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Demonstrates tact and diplomacy


Work Conditions

  • Base salary + commissions (Total package ranging from $80,000 - $150,000)
