**Job Summary**

Maxi is seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR and accounting department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **HR Support:**
    • Be the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
    • Assist in the recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and orientations.
  • **Financial Operations:**
    • Manage basic accounting duties, including payroll and accounts payable.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • **Administrative Support:**
    • Provide administrative support to the Store Manager as needed.
    • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Familiarity with company systems is an asset.
  • Ability to work days and weekends as required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in PC applications and Microsoft Office, are an asset.
