**Job Summary**
Maxi is seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR and accounting department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **HR Support:**
- Be the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in the recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and orientations.
- **Financial Operations:**
- Manage basic accounting duties, including payroll and accounts payable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- **Administrative Support:**
- Provide administrative support to the Store Manager as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
**Requirements:**
- Familiarity with company systems is an asset.
- Ability to work days and weekends as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in PC applications and Microsoft Office, are an asset.
