Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the General Manager and senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. This role involves coordinating various tasks, managing documents, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the General Manager's schedule, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Trade school diploma in a related field.
  • Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Knowledge of French is required.
