Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Mountain View Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our restaurant.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
