Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's policies and procedures.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and report preparation.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and time management skills.
