We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Hegzgroup Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
