We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Field & Infusion Nurses to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients while working in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Administer medications (IV, IM, and SC) in various healthcare settings, including patient homes and specialty clinics.
  • Monitor post-injection/infusion treatments and meticulously document all activities according to established program protocols.
  • Provide comprehensive patient education based on program guidelines, both individually and in group settings.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of patients and ensure timely access to essential therapies.
  • Collaborate effectively with patients, case managers, physicians, scheduling departments, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate appointments, treatments, and information sharing.
  • Participate actively in telephone consultations and web-based meetings/training sessions with the District Manager to share insights and uphold professional practice standards.
  • Consult with physicians, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology clients regarding education and implementation of product-specific programs.
  • Adhere strictly to professional nursing standards as outlined by relevant associations and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team, providing oversight and delegating tasks to Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) as authorized by provincial nursing colleges.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Be available for on-call duties as required.
What Your Background Should Look Like:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the relevant provincial nursing association.
  • Demonstrated experience in administering medications and providing patient education, preferably within a field or infusion setting.
  • Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
