Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Field & Infusion Nurse. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and infusions in patient homes, specialty clinics, and physician partnership clinic settings.
  • Assess and monitor patients before and after treatments, ensuring adherence to program protocols.
  • Complete necessary documentation in accordance with policies and procedures, as well as College of Nurses and Innomar ISO accreditation standards.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education on product monographs and program protocols.
  • Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and policies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other departments to meet established timelines for scheduling appointments and treatments.
  • Participate in team web-based meetings and training sessions to maintain and enhance professional practice standards.
  • Travel to clinics and homecare appointments within a designated geographical area.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse required.
  • 1 year experience in IV initiation.
  • Current registration with a licensing body and CPR certification.
  • Experience in critical care, emergency, acute care inpatient/outpatient, or homecare settings.
  • ACLS, PALs, MS, and CVAA certification, and central venous lines/port experience are considered assets.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work autonomously.

  • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
