Ticket Centre Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ticket Centre Representative. As a key member of our Ticket Centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our fans, both in person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales and service functions at the Ticket Centre and ticket windows to external and internal clients
- Receive and distribute tickets under 'will call', premium tickets, and special programs
- Answer general ticketing and building inquiries at window, over telephone, and email
- Solve ticketing issues that arise from external customers or from internal bookings in a timely manner
- Document customer ticket issues, concerns or feedback for review and/or follow-up by management or MXS team
- Maintain and conduct final balance of cash float
- Perform and communicate service policies and procedures to Season Ticket Members
- Promote, renew, and sell ticket products and services, whenever possible
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' customer service, sales and/or promotions experience
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
- Commitment to service excellence and proven team player
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional manner
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer knowledge in standard office applications and database systems
- Superior attention to detail and strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong understanding of and commitment to uphold our company values of discipline, respect, excellent, attitude, and mindset (DREAM)
- Non-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit expiring no earlier than October 2025
- Experience with Ticketmaster systems is an asset
