Position Overview

The Connected Services Validation Specialist plays a crucial role in the evaluation and verification of infotainment systems and connected services. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Collaboration on Design: Engage in discussions to address design challenges and ensure seamless implementation of system components and features.
  • Technical Communication: Provide updates on project status to management and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Organize and lead workshops, dojos, and triage sessions to enhance team collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Support for Testing Fleets: Assist in the setup and management of testing fleets, focusing on reliability growth and prompt feedback.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct initial triage of defects identified during testing to facilitate timely resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in embedded system testing (internships or co-ops may be considered).
  • Familiarity with Linux/QNX/Command Line and/or Telnet.
  • Experience in writing test cases.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering; a Master's degree in the same fields is preferred.
