We are seeking a highly skilled Infotainment and Connected Services Validation Engineer to join our team at RGBSI. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for participating in and performing various tasks related to the validation of infotainment and connected services systems.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with design teams to resolve implementation gaps and functional test issues.
- Communicate technical project status to management and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with development and specification teams to decipher design details.
- Facilitate and manage workshops, dojos, and triage activities.
- Support setup and issue triage for fleets, including reliability growth and fast feedback.
- Participate in standard defect management practices.
- Perform root cause analysis and first-level triage of defects during testing.
- Years of experience in embedded system testing, including internships or co-op experience.
- Experience with CAN, Linux, QNX, Command Line, and/or Telnet.
- Test case writing skills.
- Ticket/defect management experience.
- In-vehicle connected vehicle application experience, including cloud and SDP.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to discern issues that require management escalation.
- Experience with CAPL.
- Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies within the connected vehicle.
- Experience and knowledge of infotainment features.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
