Position Overview:
  • Welcoming clients
  • Handling phone calls and messages
  • Providing customer service and assistance
  • Basic accounting duties
    • Invoicing, bookkeeping, and collections management
    • Processing supplier payments and maintaining the accounting system
  • Administrative responsibilities
    • Assisting the warehouse manager
    • Monitoring electronic payments and credit card transactions
  • Coordinating and managing shipments to external suppliers and collecting customer samples
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Outstanding customer service capabilities
  • Proficient in Windows environment (Office) and Sage 50 software
  • Interest in working within a small to medium-sized enterprise
  • Experience in human resources is advantageous
Educational Background:

A background in accounting is preferred.

Work Environment:
  • Schedule: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (flexible options available)
  • Annual Vacation: 3 weeks
  • Personal Days: 8 days per year

Compensation: $20 to $22 per hour

Language Requirements: Proficient in French (both written and spoken) and good command of English (spoken and written).
