Position Overview:
Emergency Medical Response Coordinator (EMRC)
The Emergency Medical Response Coordinator (EMRC) plays a vital role in delivering immediate support during critical medical emergencies. Operating within a dynamic call center environment, the EMRC serves as an essential intermediary between callers, dispatch units, and healthcare professionals.
- Provides outstanding customer support in high-pressure situations, swiftly adapting to evolving scenarios.
- Efficiently prioritizes tasks and resolves issues while ensuring effective communication.
- Fosters teamwork and exhibits leadership qualities within the organization.
- Shows a deep understanding and respect for Indigenous culture and history.
Qualifications:
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent educational background.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certifications are mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of Indigenous Cultural Safety practices.
- Experience in a call center setting is advantageous.
Recruitment Process:
- Candidates selected for consideration will undergo virtual assessments and personality evaluations.
- Following assessments, candidates will participate in an observation shift and a behavioral interview.
