Your duties will encompass leveraging the Client Engagement Process to enhance sales, fostering robust business connections, and partnering with clients to provide cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Microchip's Client Engagement Process to boost sales with targeted clients.
  • Employ consultative selling methodologies to inform clients about market trends and align them with Microchip's offerings.
  • Oversee business relationships with designated clients.
  • Identify principal client stakeholders and facilitate agreement on Microchip's solutions.
  • Collaborate with international teams to devise and execute sales strategies.
  • Deliver insights and return on investment to internal teams regarding client expenditures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales within the Electronics sector.
  • Proficient account management, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to cultivate relationships and spearhead significant initiatives.
  • Effective articulation of the value of Microchip's offerings to clients.
