LEAD CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – ELECTRIC MOTORS/CONTROLS

Position Overview

As a Lead Client Relationship Manager, you will be a highly organized professional with exceptional customer service capabilities. Your passion lies in fostering productive, professional relationships while managing your client portfolio. You are innovative and proactive, consistently finding new methods to surpass your sales objectives.

Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to foresee client and business needs are remarkable. You thrive on the challenge of expanding your current client network and devising creative strategies to achieve your targets.

Required Skills:

  • A degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field, along with 5 years of experience in a strategic sales role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Electric Motors and Industrial Sales is advantageous.
  • A client-focused, motivated team player with a strong drive for success.
  • Excellent presentation abilities to convey information effectively to clients.
  • Proficient in client negotiation and relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Canada without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain productive, professional relationships with clients to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Focus sales efforts primarily on End Users, Distribution Partners, Consulting Firms, and OEMs throughout the designated region.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including inside sales, support, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Proactively evaluate, clarify, and address customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Create strategic customer account plans that align with company standards.
  • Negotiate sales terms within established authority limits.
  • Engage with both new and existing clients to maintain and grow business relationships.
  • Stay informed about current products, features, industry trends, and company standards.
  • Provide valuable market feedback.

You will report directly to the National Sales Manager.
