Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at VanGuard Flooring Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Manage inventory, including ordering and organizing merchandise
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including office and volunteer staff
- Manage cash and oversee payroll administration
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- 1-2 years of retail management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to distinguish between colors and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
