Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Uplands Convenience Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize payments, resolve customer complaints, and handle returns and exchanges.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
