Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Uplands Convenience Store. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train store staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Authorize payments and resolve customer complaints
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with other store team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fast-paced retail environment
- Tight deadlines and high sales targets
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods
- Client-focused and results-driven
