Key Responsibilities:
As the Area Operations Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing, managing, and executing the Janitorial Services scope of work across all designated locations within your territory. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Monitoring the performance of our partners and cleaning staff.
  • Ensuring optimal store operations, including budget management, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintaining quality standards and conducting audits.
  • Providing training and support to staff.
  • Managing costs effectively.
  • Driving revenue growth and profitability for each store and customer banner.
  • Adhering to company processes, policies, and guidelines.

Planning & Budgeting:
You will play a crucial role in the development and execution of annual plans for customer banners, including:
  • Creating and implementing store-level budgets.
  • Formulating short and long-term strategies to ensure sustainability and profitability.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and business partners at the store level.

Communication & Collaboration:
You will serve as the primary point of contact for store-level communication between Accoravillage and our customers, addressing concerns and providing timely solutions. This includes:
  • Conducting regular meetings with customer banners to discuss audits and action plans.
  • Leading store transition meetings with new customers and partners.
  • Coordinating daily communication with partners regarding operational issues.

Process Compliance:
You will lead initiatives to ensure compliance with processes at the store level, including:
  • Identifying trends and gaps in processes.
  • Conducting store audits and compliance checks.
  • Managing business operations using provided technologies.

Cost Management:
You will be responsible for overseeing revenue and costs at the store level, which includes:
  • Managing financial activities related to billing and invoicing.
  • Monitoring asset inventory and operational costs.
  • Implementing transitions for new business in compliance with customer processes.

Workforce Management:
You will co-lead performance management initiatives and support the recruitment, training, and development of staff, which involves:
  • Assisting in hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Leading in-store training programs.
  • Monitoring partner performance and implementing improvement plans.

Qualifications:
A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. Your expertise will be essential in driving the success of our operations and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
