Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading, managing, and implementing daily janitorial services at all store locations within a designated area or territory, across multiple customer banners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer experience and retention
  • Coordinate communication between United, customers, and partners
  • Oversee performance of partners and cleaners
  • Manage overall store operations, including store budgets, profitability, and KPIs
  • Ensure quality standards and audits are met
  • Provide training and support to partners
  • Manage costs and revenue growth
  • Support other area managers as needed

Planning and Budgeting

  • Develop and implement annual plans with customer banners
  • Implement store-level budgets
  • Create short- and long-term strategies to secure sustainability and profitability

Customer Relationships and Communication

  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Act as single point of contact for customer communication
  • Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions
  • Participate in regular meetings with customers

Internal Communication

  • Lead and coordinate store-level communication with United partners
  • Set expectations with partners and provide training

Process Compliances

  • Lead process initiatives and implementation at store level
  • Manage business using United technologies
  • Conduct audits and manage case management

Cost Management and Controls

  • Manage store-level financial activities
  • Monitor asset inventory and costs

Revenue Growth

  • Implement transitions of new business in stores
  • Lead growth of in-store business through upselling

Workforce and Performance Management

  • Co-lead performance management

Recruitment, Training, and Development

  • Support partner effectiveness team in hiring and recruitment
  • Lead in-store partner training and support

Education and Experience

  • Degree in business administration or related field
