About the Role

The Canadian Cancer Society is seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Partnerships Specialist to join our Corporate Partnerships team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing partnerships with select Fortune 500 companies in Canada.

You will work closely with our Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships, to develop and implement partnership strategies that drive revenue growth and support our mission to save and improve lives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and execute partnerships with corporate partners, including cause marketing, sponsorship, and employee engagement initiatives.
  2. Develop and implement partnership strategies that drive revenue growth and support our mission.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of partnership programs.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to corporate partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  5. Manage and maintain accurate records of partnership data in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, business development, and/or corporate fundraising.
  • Demonstrated success in managing partnerships or gifts in excess of $35,000.
  • Experience with CRM systems, with a strong understanding of Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
