Position Overview

As a Cleaning Operations Supervisor at AllStream Janitorial Services Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning staff and ensuring that all facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role is an asset

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and manage cleaning personnel
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, or renovations as needed
  • Handle payments for specialized cleaning services
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as required
  • Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will oversee a team of 5-10 individuals, including:

  • Janitors and caretakers
  • Light duty cleaners
  • Specialized cleaning staff
Security and Safety Requirements

A criminal record check will be required for this position.
