Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Duct Cleaning Masters. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities and ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and safety are met.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Manage Specialized Cleaning Jobs: Receive and manage specialized cleaning jobs, ensuring that they are completed to a high standard and on time.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and equipment required to perform their duties effectively.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of pressure and a focus on delivering high-quality results. You will be required to work a 32-hour week, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
