Position Overview

AllStream Janitorial Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee our cleaning staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across various facilities.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role is an asset
Work Environment

The ideal candidate should be willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and manage cleaning personnel
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations
  • Identify and arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, or renovations
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning services
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff
Supervisory Responsibilities

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor will oversee a team of 5-10 individuals, including:

  • Janitors and caretakers
  • Light duty and specialized cleaners
Security and Safety Requirements

A criminal record check is required for this position.
