We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Cook to join our team at Kosoo Korean Chicken & BBQ. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Staff Management: Recruit and hire staff as needed to maintain a skilled and motivated kitchen team.
- Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
