Position Overview

As a Construction Support Specialist at HOME BY IDEAL CONSTRUCTION LTD., you will play a vital role in assisting with various construction tasks. This position requires a commitment to physical labor and teamwork.

Education Requirements
  • No formal education, certificate, or diploma is necessary.
Work Environment

Your work will take place at multiple construction sites, providing a dynamic and varied work experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport and manage construction materials effectively.
  • Ensure the ground is leveled according to precise specifications.
  • Organize and clean salvaged materials for reuse.
  • Clear away rubble and debris from construction areas.
  • Assist in operating machinery and equipment used in construction activities.
Physical Demands

This role is physically demanding and involves repetitive tasks. Candidates should be prepared for a rigorous work environment.

Weight Handling

Ability to handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs) is required.

Experience

While prior experience is considered an asset, it is not mandatory. This is a permanent position with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
