About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Software Support Specialist to join our team at Plexxis Software. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing expert support and training to our clients on our industry-leading drywall estimating software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support and training on our Plexxis ERP software
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with our software implementations
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and software developments
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in drywall or wall and ceiling trade
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
