Position Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous and organized professional to take on the role of Financial Operations Coordinator & Bookkeeper. This distinctive position merges expertise in operational management with financial oversight, aimed at supervising both the operational and fiscal dimensions of our autobody repair facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute bookkeeping tasks, including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
  • Document daily financial activities such as purchases, sales, receipts, and disbursements.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and verify the accuracy of financial information.
  • Maintain general ledgers and generate financial reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
  • Process transactions related to accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring adherence to tax laws.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
  • Manage payroll processing and related responsibilities, including wage calculations, deductions, and tax obligations.
  • Support audit processes by ensuring all financial documentation is accurate and accessible.
  • Stay informed about updates in accounting regulations and standards.
  • Regularly oversee inventory management.
  • Act as a liaison with insurance providers and manage customer payment interactions.
  • Provide assistance to team members in daily operations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in bookkeeping and financial management, with experience in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective interactions with team members, clients, and suppliers.
