About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned Director of Product Marketing and Strategy to shape our brand, spearhead external communications, and lead our go-to-market strategy. In this high-impact role, you will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance market presence, engage key stakeholders, and drive significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Strategic Go-to-Market Plans: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies aimed at engaging, converting, and retaining customers.
- Empower Sales Channels: Provide advanced training and tools to sales teams to effectively address buyer and user needs.
- Create Impactful Collateral: Develop high-quality internal tools and external marketing collateral that empower sales teams for successful outreach.
- Enhance Market Presence: Manage Qventus' visibility in analyst research and rankings, ensuring a strong market presence.
- Craft Compelling Narratives: Develop clear and impactful presentations for various platforms including sales, webinars, analyst calls, partner events, and internal QBRs, and train team members in effective storytelling.
- Cultivate Customer Ambassadors: Build and nurture customer relationships, showcasing their success stories in collaboration with delivery partners.
- Drive Event Strategy: Lead the strategy and execution for key in-person and virtual events aimed at accelerating the sales pipeline, in coordination with go-to-market teams.
- Strengthen Partnerships: Provide strategic marketing support for partnership relationships.
- Lead and Mentor: Manage direct reports, oversee processes and budgets, and provide mentorship to team members as the marketing team expands.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Proven Experience: 12+ years of product marketing leadership experience within the healthcare or related industry, with a demonstrated track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, decision-making processes, and C-suite buying committees.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at engaging business leaders and C-suite executives.
- Proactive Leader: Self-starter with a passion for growth and innovation.
- Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrated expertise in building and nurturing internal collaborations and relationships.
- ABM Experience: Practical experience in creating and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for internal and external meetings and conferences (up to 20%).
