Position Overview:

Nomadgao is seeking a remote Head of Marketing Strategy. This role is pivotal in steering our marketing initiatives and enhancing our brand's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the core marketing division, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and brand development.
  • Enhance Nomadgao's online visibility through targeted digital campaigns, search engine optimization, and engaging content creation, aimed at attracting high-quality leads.
  • Standardize and unify the messaging and positioning of Nomadgao's brand across various platforms.
  • Design and implement customer lifecycle marketing strategies to boost retention and loyalty, while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to streamline processes, reduce barriers, and optimize conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
  • Manage and mentor our existing team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of engagement and innovation.
  • Partner with the product team to advocate for an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the lifecycle.
  • Oversee marketing performance metrics, establishing KPIs/OKRs, and implementing effective measurement systems.
  • Work in conjunction with the go-to-market leadership team to enhance lead generation and pipeline development; assist in refining marketing funnels and account-based marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and strategic efforts.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated success in a senior marketing role, ideally within the fintech industry.
  • Proficient in B2B digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email outreach, content creation, and social media engagement.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Product and go-to-market teams.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing a marketing team.
  • A hands-on leader who is willing to engage in all aspects of the marketing process.
  • Experience in sourcing and managing external marketing agencies or contractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, particularly in performance modeling and measurement.
  • Thrives in a data-centric, fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at storytelling with a history of crafting and communicating a brand narrative that drives growth.
  • Experience in leading design teams is considered a plus.
