We are currently in search of a Service Supervisor to oversee operations in our organization.

As a Service Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to uphold Dufresne's reputation as a leader in customer satisfaction. In this capacity, you will manage all service-related expenses and documentation for our guests and vendors, ensuring a superior guest experience.

As a Service Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Responding to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assisting guests through the company's resolution process
  • Managing Extended Warranty claims and recoveries
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
  • Ensuring support levels meet or exceed guest expectations
  • Providing constructive feedback and suggestions regarding customer service or product concerns
  • Addressing guest inquiries during inspections
  • Evaluating and managing damaged merchandise, determining whether items can be repaired or need replacement
  • Coordinating schedules for transfers
  • Supporting drivers with stock inflow and managing transportation supplies
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
  • A High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn proprietary software
  • Strong verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette, with the ability to negotiate respectfully
  • The ability to maintain composure and perform well under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • A valid Class G Driver's license with a clean driving record
  • A Criminal Record Check will be necessary
