Your role within the team:

  • Design and oversee a premier Ethics & Compliance training and communication initiative at Bombardier.
  • Lead a dedicated team to develop and execute annual Ethics & Compliance training goals, reaching over 17,000 employees across our global sites.
  • Create engaging Ethics & Compliance communications to enhance awareness and participation in key program elements.
  • Develop templates, processes, modules, and tools for Ethics & Compliance training and communications, fostering a strong ethical culture throughout the organization.
  • Establish training and communication KPIs, monitor their effectiveness, and recommend enhancements.
  • Stay informed on best practices in Ethics & Compliance.
  • Collaborate with various functions to ensure integration of Ethics & Compliance strategies across the organization.

What you need to succeed in this position:

  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Training, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience, including the design and implementation of communication strategies and training content.
  • Proven leadership experience with a collaborative and empowering approach.
  • A hands-on ability to craft messages, presentations, and training materials, combined with a strategic vision for advancing Ethics & Compliance.
  • Solid understanding of Ethics & Compliance principles and practices (preferred).
  • Knowledge of key change management principles.
  • Experience in a corporate environment of a large multinational organization.
  • Demonstrated initiative, excellent project management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proven capability to coach executives and provide candid advice as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience managing large-scale change in a matrixed setting.
  • Exceptional spoken and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • A strategic mindset, energized by change, results-driven, proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused.
  • Aptitude for technology and online tools.
