Your role and contributions

  • Design and oversee a premier Ethics & Compliance training and communication initiative at Bombardier;
  • Lead a dedicated team to establish and execute annual Ethics & Compliance training goals for over 17,000 employees across various locations;
  • Create engaging communications to promote awareness and understanding of Bombardier's Ethics & Compliance initiatives;
  • Develop templates, processes, and tools for training and communications that foster a robust ethical culture within the organization;
  • Define and monitor training and communication KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement;
  • Stay informed on best practices in Ethics & Compliance;
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with the strategic Ethics & Compliance plan.

Essential skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Training, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in developing communication strategies and training content;
  • Proven leadership experience with a collaborative and empowering approach;
  • Hands-on experience in crafting messages and presentations, coupled with a strategic vision for ethics and compliance;
  • Solid understanding of ethics & compliance principles (preferred);
  • Knowledge of effective change management principles;
  • Experience in a corporate environment of a large multinational organization;
  • Demonstrated initiative and strong project management capabilities;
  • Ability to coach executives and provide trusted counsel;
  • Experience managing large-scale changes in a matrixed setting;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and French;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint;
  • A strategic mindset, energized by change, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach;
  • Familiarity with technology and online tools.
