- Lead a dedicated team to establish and execute annual Ethics & Compliance training objectives, reaching over 17,000 employees across global sites.
- Create engaging Ethics & Compliance communications to enhance awareness and participation in key elements of Bombardier's Ethics & Compliance initiatives;
- Develop templates, processes, modules, and tools for Ethics & Compliance training and communications, fostering a robust ethical culture throughout the organization;
- Establish training and communication KPIs, monitor their effectiveness, and propose enhancements;
- Stay informed on best practices in Ethics & Compliance;
- Collaborate with various functions to ensure alignment and integration of Ethics & Compliance strategies across the organization.
- A bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Training, or a related field;
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and implementing communication strategies and training content;
- Proven leadership experience with a collaborative and empowering style;
- A hands-on approach to crafting messages, presentations, and training, coupled with a strategic vision for advancing ethics & compliance;
- Familiarity with ethics & compliance principles and practices is advantageous;
- Understanding of strong change management principles;
- Experience in a corporate head office of a large multinational organization;
- Demonstrated initiative, excellent project management skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities;
- Proven ability to coach executives and provide candid advice as a trusted advisor;
- Experience managing large-scale change in a matrixed environment;
- Exceptional spoken and written communication skills in English and French;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint;
- A strategic mindset, energized by change, results-driven, proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused;
- Aptitude for technology and online tools.
